Very snug but not overly tight. Top silicone band keeps the brace in place without adjusting. Fabric wicks better than my neoprene brace.
I have oa in my knee, and i’m hoping to postpone knee replacement surgery. I have osteoarthritis and my left knee is bone on bone.
