Pros
Coffee flavour and temperature is perfect every time. Perfect temperature blended well. Coffee is flavorful and easy to make.
From there the sky is the limit with grind options and strength without all the * and programming. This coffee maker makes the best coffee.
The coffee pot is dead simple, makes a full pot in well under 5 min. Totally foolproof with a elegant analog switch to brew your coffee. It's very quick to brew. This maker offers consistently wonderful brews!
It's very clean, the textured finish looks very durable, doesn't finger print, and the color choices are excellent. The makers have put a lot of attention to many details to the coffee maker including reducing the noise it generates.
People keep calling me in rejoice over their new morning cup. I take a cup of coffee with me on the road saving me money on coffee and calories from whatever snack i'd always pick up since coffees and donuts somehow always went together.
Cons
When it heats up the water, it produces a much louder humming noise.

The quality of coffee that the machine makes the consistency and how fast it brews all combine for a great cup of coffee every time
If it’s stale and low quality a moccamaster won’t fix that
The only negative the glass carafe seems really fragile and thin

Seems to be worth the price so far
Yes it’s expensive but it truly makes excellent coffee
Let me start by saying i waited 5 years to buy this as i thought it wouldn’t justify the hype or be worth the price wrong on both accounts
I cant believe i paid this much for a coffee maker but it is everything they advertise
Shipping
Delivery was in 3 days not the 2 weeks quoted
Not only do i not get my delivery but i cannot retrieve the package for another 24 hours per their rules
Received the coffee maker friday just in time for the weekend
I really think i’m done for good sending a coffee machine to the landfill every two years
Packaging/appearance
I did not get the 2 ceramic cups and the 10 disposable cups that some sites say you get
The absence of styrofoam in the environmenally friendly packaging was also nice to see
First impressions it came really well packed a box inside a box inside a box
Competitiveness
It truly does make a better tasting cuppa joe compared to those other drip coffee makers
It rivals the saeco machines our friends have and doesn’t take up much real estate on the counter
