It will wet the shirt you wear under i wear a quick dry shirt but it does not drip

The wet clothes would keep him cool for about 15 minutes before drying out

This vest works just as well lasted about 45 minutes till the wetness wore off and judging by the weight probably could go another 45 before it completely dried out
