Pros

For dry desert types of climates, this vest is worth every penny. If you ride a motorcycle (like me) & you ride in temps above 90*f, then this vest is a must. Real test comes monday with 90 degree weather in the phoenix area.

It's similar to drenching your inner shirt wet but longer lasting and without the immediate cooling that the former does. Just drench in water, wipe excess off, put on and ride. This works on the physics of heat transfer when a liquid evaporates.

Cons

The vest material attaches to velcro, and getting off velcro repeatedly will end up fraying the material. It is not efficient for wearing while working outdoors. It does not clothe.
