Pros
For dry desert types of climates, this vest is worth every penny. If you ride a motorcycle (like me) & you ride in temps above 90*f, then this vest is a must. Real test comes monday with 90 degree weather in phoenix.
Cooling vest is basically a sponge with fabric on both sides. Your core stays cooler, and it lasts a long time.
Cons
The vest material attaches to velcro, and getting off velcro repeatedly will end up fraying the material. It is not efficient for wearing while working outdoors. It does not clothe.

You soak the vest in cool water for a couple minutes gently wring out excess water pat dry and wear

It only lasts about 4 hours however i use in for motorcycle riding so i brought a trash bag stopped at a dollar tree and got a gallon of water put the best in the bag soaked it with water for 5 or 10 minutes while i drank a coke

Pulled it out put it on folded up the trash bag after dumping the water in the grass nearby and it was good for another 4 hours of riding

Heat if there is wind or riding motorcycle put over undershirt close up jacket there will be enough air flow to cool and not too much to evaporate too fast
