Pros

This product keep the cheesecake frozen to guarantee the freshness of my customer likings. Out local medals on wheels agency uses this pack because of its durability. Good product for using with small cooler.

Customer service via chrome on a pc. Received quickly. How well it works remains to be seen. I will update with that before the end of may 2021.

Cons

The leaking gel makes life much more difficult than necessary. After two days in the freezer, the sheets still leak. The gel still oozes out of them when they warm up. You get this sticky gel that gives you awful thirst and terrible diarreia.
