Pros
No scrubbing is ever required. They work exactly the same because they’re the same brand and the same coating. It cleans easily with just a paper towel.
The techef griddle pan is a class act. It cooks evenly and does not warp. The tamagoyaki is an awesome hotdog skillet!
The non-stick performance of this techef cerraterra is great. The only drawback is i can’t use it above medium heat and it does take a little longer to preheat than more traditional nonstick pans.
Cons
Worst ceramic skillet ever. Burns more than stainless steel and even cast iron. If it's a ceramic skillet then it's only a few microns of ceramic surface.
