Pros

One of the pans we have repurchased though is this one. This pan cannot be outdone in price or quality. The lid is great, love how you can stand this lid up.

Most importantly are my fry pans. This is, without question, the best non-stick fry pan you'll use! Just little bit heavier than those cheap frying pans.



Cons

Poor coating starts to discolor in the first 6 months and everything sticks. Only a matter of time til it starts flaking off. This new teflon is called genx which is shown to have the exact same defects and health issues to animals, humans, etc.

I've found that i had have to turn the burner setting to high in order to use this pan and, even then, it doesn't get super hot.

The pan construction is mediocre at best. It is very lightweight which is not a desirable feature for this type of pan. Overpriced and cheaper pans last way longer.

Center of the pan warps upward from the heat and forms a hill in the pan. It is hollow from underneath with ridges. These voids also create a difficult area to clean. Picture just shows the textured pan bottom instead of the ugly (to me) flower design...  Read More

    As you can see from the photo the nonstick coating is not great any more bottom photo as most nonstick coatings eventually degrade
