Pros
The fact that these devices are solar-powered is a big plus. Solar is better than battery, and that is why i liked this one.
The flashing red led that comes on at night looks similar to a real camera. They seem solidly built.
Impressed by the customer service and accessibility. What a great system.
We hope this helps to deter critters and pedestrians alike. I have one on each side, so usually at least one of them will get triggersed. The two antennas are key. I use them as decoys for our real camera which is better hidden.
Cons
Camera works in light mode, disabling the motion sensor. Also disables the led spotlight. We have several live cameras and this decoy covers some dead space.

The only thing i suggest is to make sure when mounting that the solar panel is not mounted under a roof overhang and have access to sunlight

You can point the antenna towards your home to make it look like its transmitting data
