The hard drive function went out on my zmodo unit so i had to replace the camera controller and picked this unit

Doesnt work with chrome as chrome doesnt allow the extension to run

Other than those couple of quirks the video is very clear and the app with motion areas set downloads and plays the video perfectly

I purchased the dvr unit only as a replacement to my zmodo unit
