Video clarity is ok. Video and audio is very good. Daytime shots are awesome.

The trail cam comes with an adapter cord with a usb connector to hook up to your pc or laptop. It also has a nylon mounting strap for securing to trees or poles.

In the meantime it's a hit or miss product. Lasted 4 months. Bean and no help from amazon (they won't share contact info), and their fb 2017 page is yrs old on msgs.

The camera is defective and i would request a call fro your support team. The batteries (energizer) have been changed on multiple occasions. The problem is that it was not designed by an einstein.

Amazon no longer provides ask a question for this vendor. No contact info for tec. Tec or the seller. Firmware of this camera is already the newest one, so there is no need to update it.
