Pros
The base is a thick, soldered on wire that forms feet to keep the colander upright on a flat surface. They are very sturdy,easy to clean, and takes up less space than my oversized plastic one. They sit just fine in my sink without tipping.

I liked the sturdy quality of these colanders would order again
Doing so saves the bees who get washed down with the syrup
Since its not one piece with the bowl there are crevices where it attaches which may be hard to clean

They are very well made and a good price

The legs on the bottom that hold it up off the sink is not high enough to keep the water from going back in the strainer
Hated that half my dinner wound up down the drain

I could wish for the legs to raise the colanders just a little higher in the bottom of the sink but that’s just me

The holes are small and completely cover the entire surface of the colander which makes for more complete draining of my pasta
