I like that they are safe and pure stainless steel. If stuff is stuck on, soak it in dishwater for awhile. If anything gets stuck on them i just soak in hot water with dish detergent for a little while.

Most chefs prefer 18/8 because of it being the best of both worlds, it is more durable and less likely to warp. Silverware is 13 something, so i won't go into that.

I wish amazon would issue me a refund and remove this seller for false advertising!

There are many other ss pans on the market which don't warp. These warp at temperatures above 350. They look nice, but cook unevenly and warped in a 350° oven.

It appears this tray is 18/0 stainless (shown on the back of the tray) contains 18% chromium and 0% nickel. Costco has some nice, more solidly constructed stainless steel sheets that are similar. Don't be duped.

They feel flimsy to begin with, but they're completely useless. The pans are too thin. Need to keep looking for a heavier duty pan.
