I submitted a warranty claim and they responded quickly and completely refunded my purchase price to my amazon account including tax within one day so i can reorder whatever product i would like without sending back the old product

The second image is my old xl and the third image is the new xxl which is wider and covers the back and front tires better when two bikes are stored next to each other
