Pros

Tea tree special shampoo cleans easily and is gentle on your hair and scalp. The tingling and cooling sensation on my scalp is like no other. Finish off with the matching creme rinse.

Shampoo gives a great clean, easily getting all the product i use for styling out and i love the tea tree smell. It truly fills “your space” with a great minty scent, 2 for 1. Bottle is exactly the same as the one i used to buy at cvs.

Product itself is fantastic, but the packaging and shipping process needs some work. Don't hesitate to order it from amazon.

Cons

After 2 weeks of use, my scalp now gets dried out and flakes up. Not a tingling sensation. Left my fine hair limp.

Remaining shampoo will be trashed. Overrated shampoo. No shine at all.

The bottle says it is paul mitchell on the back but again, there's something off about it. There might be something this seller is adding or something in when it’s being shipped. I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about.
