Pros

The only downside i have noticed is an occasionally choppy picture with motion. After a year and a half the tv still performs as good as day one. Very happy customer, especially for the price and amazon delivery.

This is a premium television that happens to be affordable. Reliable, beautiful and affordable. Here's to 2021 and a whole new lineup of hopefully budget friendly 8k models!

If you are thinking about ditching cable, this is a no brainer. The built-in roku beats the pants off other manufacturers smart systems. This tcl operates just as fast as any of our external roku streaming devices.

The sound is surprisingly loud and vibrant for a budget tv. Not super loud, but definitely there. Now that that repair is completed, this tv is even better than my vizio.

Let us know if this solves the problem. Re-plug the tv to the outlet and turn it on. Perform a system restart. If you have display issues or if you have buzzing or sound issues, contact tcl.

Cons

This tv has barely any use on it and it stopped working. There weren't any audio wires or speakers attached, just the power plug. The only way to get temporarily around this is to perform factory resets.

Tcl customer service says it should take 20 business days to issue a refund after the tech comes back to pickup the tv. This has yet to happen and i’m skeptical that the refund will go smoothly.

Now that that the repair is completed this tv is even better than my vizio and the vizio is more expensive

It does not compare to some of the higher end manufacturer tvs that i tried from sony but for the price i would purchase this again

I have seen similar sheer on much more expensive tvs
