Pros

Easy to use with a battery operated drill/driver. Works beautifully. It works soooo quickly.

It fit into my black & decker cordless drill just fine and did not slip around. Breaks up soil and loosens rocks quickly. Works as expected attached to old corded drill for small trenching.

The drill bit is also very easy to use and has a comfortable grip, making it easy to hold onto while planting. Used this on my electric drill (long extension cord) and planted 250+ daffodil, tulip and crocus bulbs in beds and yard.

Cons

Metal is extremely low quality and loses its shape with much friction/heat. I have no clay- sandy loamy soil, and this auger broke on the 3rd hole. Would not buy again.
