The roland street ex is perfectly suited for boosting into another distortion or drive channel. Since i sold off my gigging amps and such, i have one amp for my home playing. Its best to be used on lower gain brighter amps.

Mojomojo is a pure overdrive pedal that gives you the sound of a fender or marshall cranked up without any additional boost. It has that smooth tube sound distortion with no digital artifacts or solid-state clipping nastiness.

The mojomojo pedal uses a 12 volt battery and an optical compressor. It is a nice size, takes batteries, it looks nice (burgundy with metal flecks) and it sounds awesome.

If you catch it on sale it's an amazing deal. Can't go wrong for 50. Surprisingly good pedal. Great value for the price. All at a fantastic price.

Its something youve found your sound on and ive found a wonderful sound with the mojomojo pedal

Price

Not a heavy metal pedal but for the rest of you this pedal covers a lot of ground and the price cant be beat

It has a lot of features which put it above other overdrive pedals and the price is hard to beat

I would pay 3x the price for this pedal don’t be fooled by the price

Packaging/appearance

There is also quite a bit of preamp type boost to be had from the mojomojo

In my case the mojomojo has turned out to be an excellent value regardless of its low price

I sure was fortunate enough to stumble upon this pedal as i was reviewing utube videos while looking for a new overdrive

I use it with a strat tele les paul deluxe and a firebird with 3 p90’s
