Having spent two weeks back and forth with the tbs support and proving to them that i was not the only person to have a problem they finally just ignored my problem as i imagine they have with the others with the same problem
Having now spent some time trawling though various forums looking for solutions it was quick to discover that many others were having issues trying to initialise the device on their systems with make errors being the most common failure
