    I purchased a 5 port version because i needed an additional input and i discovered that this swtich actually emulates some monitor on inactive inputs windows recognizes it as mstar demo

    This emulated monitor has some weird maximum resolution 1920x2160 but it can be set to something reasonable via vlc or chrome remote desktop
