Sometimes if water enters the ear the sound becomes a little blurry but when the water is removed the sound is ok again

I spoke to jason from tayogo and he was so helpful he replaced the headset immediately

Also sometimes when changing from doing crawl to backstroke and vice versa they can lose the sound temporarily usually only one side although this isnt always the same side each time

I reckon that its not the product but the shape of my ear hole particularly as i wasnt able to get the regular earbuds to stay in my ears at all

I reported the problem and the customer service were excellent fully replaced the headset and included a 2 years warranty
