Sound quality is not bad at all
This headset is really comfortable to wear while swimming and the sound quality is great
Had an issue with the headphones after 7 months and they replaced quickly without fuss
However my ears are exceptionally small so i don’t blame the product

The length of cable from the arms could be shorter not a critisism just an observation

The product has been excellent but over past month problem with connection contacted supplier and excellent service have replaced the headset

Not sure i like the new waterproof buds they are an odd shape for my ear
