Pros

Appears to be weatherproof and the bottom tab can be removed to allow a cord to stay plugged in if desired. The stout molded plug on my 12/3 cord pretty much fills the little box, so maybe only one device connected in that fashion.

Good quality & durability so far. It’s very sturdy.

The foam backing of the mounting plate insures a sung weatherproof fit. It easily mounts, and includes a couple of optional inserts for whatever you're looking to install it on. It's simple to install, just a few screws that it comes with.

Have some sot of file to smooth the edges. Use some sort of outdoor caulk, put it on the gasket before placing the box, maybe add some caulk around after. A gentle bend with a screwdriver solved that easily.

Cons

I would opt for a different box if i were placing this in an open area which is constantly being rained on and exposed to sunlight

As a result the size of the box barely accommodated this plugcord combination with the entryexit holes in the bottom of the enclosure

This type of box is more suited to an exterior home wall which is already somewhat protected from the rain

Competitiveness

Not like some others out there at the same price point or higher at the big box stores
