There are limited songs for beginners. Can't read music but sure this gift will be well received by granddaughter. If you like taylor swift songs then this is the book for you!

The strum patterns are fairly easy to follow except sometime at the beginning of the songs the strum pattern is confusing because sometimes there are two and you dont know which one to use

However transcriptions can be quite complex to understand and i would only recommend them for the advancing intermediate player not for beginners at all
