Easy to assemble just the wood surfacetop with two screws allen keyed key included with clips into metal threads on the bottom back side of the seat base not visible after assembled

I did not keep because i misread and thought it was 4 barstool but only one for that price

Gave 4 stars because i had to send it back because i was sure the listing originally said 4 set and only one came in the box box said set of 4 too
