Pros
Perfect for pilates and would probably use for yoga too. Grip well even doing planks and warrior positions. Great for my reformer class. My pilates studio sells them and i figured i'd give them a shot.
Strong reinforcement around the heel and these socks do a good job of staying on your feet, especially if you're doing some cardio sculpting with a reformer. They really really stay on my feet.
Cons
They slip right off my heel. They also stretch out around the ankle. Might be okay on hard surface but definitely not on carpet.
