Im vary happy with the quality of the battery as we had endless trouble getting a replacement battery a few years ago with 3 returns before it was sorted out and finally receiving one that functioned

The old battery doesnt do this but its possible that something is broken in my laptop vs the battery not having the right locking tabs

Update 5218 after slowly losing charge capacity i refreshed it as recommended by manufacturer change windows settings to allow battery to completely die completely recharge repeat but now will only hold charge for 15 minutes of netflix

New battery also does not snick into the battery bay perfectly but again not sure whether the laptop itself may have a broken tab or not
