Pros
Induction cooking is the best. I love that it cooks everything the way i want it. This is so awesome to use with your cast iron pans and to follow tasty recipes.
Cons
I do online classes and i can't tell you how many times i have had to switch to the stove because this just all of a sudden decides not to work. Very disappointed. Takes forever to heat up and the induction hot spot is small so you get uneven cooking.... Read More

In practice the process for following recipes could be better and switching between manual and app control can be kludgy as well as switching between types of control

Yes the induction area could be larger and large thin cast iron pans are the worst as only the small center area gets hot enough to cook though this can be useful sometimes

There’s supposed to be wireless controls with your phone but i have yet to figure that out app isn’t a remote it’s more of a recipe app

If you do use it for extended periods you will need to adjust the temp to keep it going it has a shut off feature if not monitored i just turn it down and back up real quick while i’m cooking something else

For searing i have a thermometer i touch to the pan and it registers 400 degrees f
