In fact the dishes you will see are probably something you’ve never realized before comes from italy

The book covers italy by region with a few words about the culinary culture of that region it’s history and then… the recipes all accompanied by first rate photographs

The stories and descriptions of the regions are interesting and well written just act part would be worth the cost of the book

The authors would have done well to add in time estimates on the recipes but these unfortunately are not included

At first i saw the book and its pictures online and thought the pictures looked old at least online

The layout is nice to explore regions but if you just want to quickly look for main dishes starters or desserts you have to skip around the book
