Sturdy, easy to use, and great for house construction projects. Great grip. They never ever complain.

It not only ratchets up in length but for final leveling, simply turn the rod for finite movements. They rectify height by adjusting the poles. Also the tube clamp brackets hole a hole drilled which is 3/8 diameter.
