I am now using the lodge double dutch oven with loop handles rather than the long handled combo cooker and i am delighted with the results
I just wish it had a condensed version in the back like 12 pages long with the basics to refresh my memory
The quality of the book is also really nice
The book itself is a thing of beauty it exudes quality and the photographs are artistic and illustrative
Packaging/appearance
You can even leave the dough overnight in the fridge and bake it when it suits you
Competitiveness
Its a bit of a faff having to keep washing your hands and stretching the bread so often but the resulting loaf is worthwhile
