Pros
Bag is solid, well padded, has room but it’s compact. Perfect for carrying a laptop, charger and few files. This is a well-built backpack that is sturdy and looks nice.
Strong stitching so it can take withstand heavy usage. It’s sturdy and also look professional and nice. Overall very much satisfied for my usage and travel.
Cons
The size is what i wanted but the case is rather flimsy with less protection than i expected. The design of the zips are not great on the small pockets and quite a bit of a pain to open and close. Very poor quality and the return policy is not easy.

It is very slim in profile but can hold the laptop psu mouse and cables

The strap doesnt have a rubber shoulder pad so it does slide off rain jackets but

This was the biggest mistake i ever made and within less than a week i noticed the zippers getting stuck which was extremely irritating

I also noticed the newer bags didnt protect the items properly when it was raining

Doesnt hold much but looks good and sturdy if what you want is a slim backpack for flights etc

No key holder so i added a small carabiner to the laptop securing strap
