Pros

Cooling pad for dell xps 15 keeps laptop cool even without using fans. Comes with usb-a on the end you plug in to your computer and mini usb for the cooling mat. I have a dell xps and it gets very hot when in use.

Cooling pad is very comfortable to use while on your lap. Has a piece that keeps it from sliding down on both sides. takes up more room on your desk.

Backwards lets me incline my legs with my knees bent, similar to sitting in a recliner. No more slipping. Perfect length. No sloppy excess cable-dangling.

Cons

Fan blades are cheap and break easily during regular use. Broken blade jams up inside the fan housing and causes the motor to easily seize up upon jamming and burn out.

This is big and cumbersome. After 90 days of use, the pad is useless for anything other than a riser for your laptop.

Fans make a high-pitched hum that i could only stand for a little while before needing to unplug it. They still spin, but emit a loud roar every time they start up.
