The brown color is dark, edging towards black, and the snap pocket is functional. Length is great, roomy enough to walk/play and not feel like a giant marshmallow.

Size large fits me perfectly with light layering underneath. Other than sizing no problems. The xl fits comfortably.

They are extremely light, compressible, and versatile. They are so light weight that i will consider taking them on backpacking trips, too.

The fabric over the feathers is thin. When choosing waist size they are too small. The elastic sliding up to your waist pulls the pants up.
