Once turned on there is a very very quiet whirr nothing you would really notice the rubber its self rotates and only needs the lightest of touches on the paper to erase pressing to hard puts a strain on the motor and you wont get 100 performance

I have to admit i have never had or used a electric pencil eraser before but i have to say this is alright

In the package had the pencil eraser little brush and spare eraser also there is a information card in english you will need 2 x aaa batteries as these are not included
