Be sure to select size best suited for snug fit. The advance fits very snug (which i like), its smooth against my skin.
This ring is the real deal, and is made of incredibly high quality silicone. The soft hand of this ring is a wonder to behold. This rubber ring is great and forgiving if you happen to end up in that situation accidentally.
This ring is a lot more comfortable than steel if you have a * in the house. The ring itself is about 1/2-3/4 in deep so as to hold your junk our prominently.
Cons
Too stiff and inflexible. I'm a guy of average endowment, but this ring is horribly small for its stated purpose.

If an emergency occurs when trying to remove it it can easily be cut off
