Pros & Cons
Pros
This clamp is great for working with or making jewelry. Can hold diffusion and reflective panels around my small table-top. Works fine for small objects.
Cons
Broke attempting to loosen a bolt. I find that if i use one hand to hold on to the jaw and * on it as i work the handle, it will sort of work. The moving jaw and adjustment bolt are sloppy.
Really only good for jewelery, etc. Don't purchase expecting to do anything other than delicate work. Problem is the product is advertised as a bigger version for complex building.
The $9 mini vise is just that, a very cheap $9 usd vise and you get what you pay for. Quality is worse than in a 99 cents store, came with missing handle as someone already tried it and returned. The one i bought now lives in a dumpster.
Highlights

Nice product works as advertised no issues
Seems like a good quality for the price
I did not expect high quality and good accuracy for this money
Price
It was what i expected good for the price
Packaging/appearance
I cranked down the tighteners in both cases and the vise held up just fine
Competitiveness
Gently tighten a ring or piece of paracord

I started building my own dollhouse furniture and just needed something to hold small pieces of wood so i could drill holes but the space between the clamps is very shallow so this isnt ideal for anything over 12 inches deep
