A couple of months down the line they seem to shut down when your mid weigh and they dont seem to recognise separate users anymore i have tried contacting tanita customer services and they havent even got back to me

Now i wish i had bought whitings or garmin who have good apps as well i was really looking forward to getting and using these scales because of positive feedback from a friend however they are not simple scales to use and the app is really confusing with how to track and read the results
