Pros

The item is sturdy and stylish and a good buy for the money. All of our coats fit on the rack and there are enough shelves for all of our shoes. The bottom shelf is where i keep my tool box.

Seller was extremely helpful when i contacted them and explained a small part was missing. It fits absolutely perfect in the hallway. Fantastic in my kid's room. This is beautiful and i’m very happy i ordered it!

It surely is easiest set up. Easy to assemble myself. Good quality, easy to assemble.

Cons

The most frustrating part are the screws that don't flush. The metal stands should also be labeled with letters and organized within the directions. Could not put it together.
