Pros
Unlike linen thread, it lasts a long time. It's especially good for sewing moccasins, and can be used for beading, as well.
Cons
The sinew does what it's supposed to do, but it doesn't do it well. It leaves a weird, wet-feeling residue on hands. It readily leaves bright yellow residue on any fabric it touches.
