Firstly if you are the sort of person who is squeamish about the um messier points of menstruation do not look at this product unless thats something you wish to change

The main benefit is that my flow would be so heavy on some days that id suddenly leak through even the largest of tampons resulting in a complicated situation

The suction cup noise it makes taking it out makes for awkward public bathroom stall acoustics

The heavy flow cup was not absorbent in my case for i had to replace it as much as often as tampons and if i was procrastinating it leaked
