It's a bit fluffier than crushed peanuts in the restaurant but it's very good. It's quality paste without grit or anything weird about it. Wish it didn't expire.

Sadly, but understandably, no one likes this tamarind concentrate. What a waste of time, money and my pad thai. Not a paste. This is unacceptable.

This is concentrate, not paste as advertised. This stuff is really thick, black in color and really sour. Will recommend using tamarind soup packets instead.
