Focus is on attracting and hiring top talent, but there are a couple of great points on growing talent. Employees who think of each job as a learning opportunity are usually very highly motivated.

I will be recommending it to a lot of people. I will note one pet the text tends to capitalize certain terms used throughout the book.
Cons
The book is written in very child like dialogue and is thin on any new ideas or concepts. It felt very 1980’s and simplistic. There is no concept.
