Pros
Good quality. Very functional. Does as advertised. Would not hesitate to buy again. Arrive incredibly fast.
Makes great iced tea with no dripping from the lip when sideways in the fridge. Hubby loves the cold brew method best!
Only thing i would change about the design is to have mesh in the bottom on the strainer to allow for easier rinsing. Doesn't spill when shaking, works like advertised. Not sure how it would fair against very fine grind, but my fine grind has no spill... Read More
Fortunately there are replacement infusers available, for when it'll get unrecoverable. Easily washable, parts come apart nicely.
Cons
Melted ice cubes and watery tea. Doesn't instant chill. Already leaks at the point where the top is permanently attached to the body.

Couldnt have asked for a better product
I bought the silicon holder for the infuser and my dog liked it very much
Love the product but disappointed to see similar ones from davids tea available for 10 less
The product arrived in good shape but being shipped by courier does not mean its going to be an easy ride
Price
Price was good and its doing the job glass or better but more expensive
Packaging/appearance

It broke one day when i dropped it but it was getting on in years

For this order i was stunned that it did not arrive in a box or with any bubble wrap or protection
