Couldn't be happier. It is outrageous.

This unit, even at 131 degrees, has a flow rate undistinguishable from the 50-gallon tank water heater it replaced. The taste is clean, much better than the water tank i used to have.

Takagi t-h3-dv-n very powerful and pretty quiet. Works great and is a lot quieter than my smaller unit it replaced. For 200k btu, it's quiet!

The takagi sits in our garage and pumps out hot water for as long as we need it. Having zero worries about ever having to worry about hot water makes me sleep easy at night. Works great in the pacific northwest where it gets pretty cold in the winter.... Read More

Cons

Warranty states it will pay for parts and labor. Total repair cost is more than replacing the whole unit but company refuses to replace it.

Although i enjoyed groundhog day, i was not willing to actually live it. Now it's time to talk to someone higher up the chain of command. Wish me luck.
