Edit so i have attempted to resolve issue with vendor but suddenly the communication with the vendor just stopped

The adapter worked fine for awhile and then now it wont power up unless the plug is pushed against the wire

There is no visible cosmetic damage to the adapter and i have taken pictures to show the seller however after exchanging a few emails with me the conversation stopped

Edit took a bit of communication but seller has sent and replaced the broken adapter

Also unlike the original adapter the actual apparatus plugs into the outlet horizontally the asus adapter box part is vertical
