Pros

I have an extra 12vdc car battery and thought it would be a good idea to provide a backup for the cpap if possible. Works perfectly in my camper off of the coach battery.

Used it for 2 nights in the woods in just about freezing temperature. Let my cpap run for 10 minutes wirh the humidifier running and pressure blowing max. This bumps the time up to 7.

Cons

The plug is too small for the cigarette lighter.
