Pros

This is my first roller trainer. I advise that the faster you go the easier it is to stabilize. Feels better being able to sway while training. It makes faster to develop skills.

Easy to set up, more sketchy at first, but clipless pedals and shoes make it much easier. Will also fit larger bikes.

I live in the pacific northwest where winters are wet. Good workout, even if the resistance isn't adjustable, i always get a good sweat going. Biking in the basement.

All parts present this time (including screws). Assembled just fine. Seems sturdy enough. When you assemble them go on youtube and check out the videos that cover that.

Cons

Tear drum broke after one month of use. Missing the bolts to put it together. The rollers look like they have tire marks already on them, missing some of the hardware.

If they send me another used product im guessing its a supply thing and theyre trying to pass this stuff off as new

I had a cycleops fluid trainer a couple years back for riding when boston was snowcovered and it bored me to tears

After a bout 30mins i figured out how to ride without crashing
