Worked great, with a servo tester. Great because you can buy the amazon brand rechargeable batteries for about 10 bucks. Used it for my laser diode.

The material is made from a quality plastic probably a polymer but i dont know the difference between the two or maybe very similar

The fut j connector makes it really simple to connect this power supply to a solderless breadboard for powering arduino servos


Now when im not flying electric i can power my receiver w 4aa batteries

    The coils are made from metal im going to assume thats where the batteries go

    My batteries are an odd shape so i just need to be sure to push each battery towards the side to ensure good contact at each terminal

    I cut off the little connector on the end of the cable and splicedsoldered it to the leads in the radio
