The build quality is excellent and it gives some real heat i would definitely recommend for a professional use!
Very good quality heat gun, perfectly suitable for the diyer.
I had a door which had multiple layers of gloss stuck to it over the years, and with the setting set to ‘6’ - i pointed and aimed!
I am now looking forward to doing the remaining three doors with the heat gun.
Packaging/appearance
I love the hand guard that actually allows me to hang the gun up safely out of the way.
I think this is because i am softening and not burning the paint thanks to the variable temperature regulator.

The quote just for new doors was over £3k and they couldn't absolutely guarantee the hinge position holes would be perfect - because you have to provide the measurements.

Using a medium setting the foil would just start to roll up after a few seconds when the heat was applied to the door edge.

Heat isolation is great, the handle did not become hot even after using for a while.

It's still taken time to strip the paint off doors and i haven't found the need to use the supplied tips for any of the uses but when the gun is held in place for about 5 seconds it bubbles the paint and with barely any pressure from a wallpaper scraper off comes the paint.

The temperature control on the end of the gun has a flat bottom and that enables you to stand it upwards whilst cooling.
